Robert Cray, B.B. King, John Campbell, Ted Hawkins, Lowell Fulson, Joe Louis Walker are just a few of the stars that have used Dennis Walker as producer and song writer. He has won several Grammys and Handys for his productions, and many of his songs, among others "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark", "Playing with my Friends" or "Right Next Door (Because of Me)" are considered classics of the genre.

Dennis Walker has produced the 1995 "On Broadway" album for Fankhauser (with The Memphis Horns), and is certainly responsible for giving the hit tune "Members Only" its last polish!
